Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the e-mail account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
